Murcia Spanish Villa is located just 16 miles (26km) from Murcia airport and 60 miles (96km) from Alicante airport. The village of Pinar de Campoverde is a short walk away with access to numerous golf courses, excellent beaches and shopping close by.

Located on a quiet estate surrounded by lovely orange and lemon groves, this is the perfect place to stay for golf trips or family holidays.

The villa has 3 twin bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. It is fully air-conditioned and heated for the winter months. With both front and roof terraces you can benefit from the sun at any time of day. Within metres of the villa there is a 25m pool with a childrens pool, which is available all year round (if you are brave enough), in the summer the kids can't get enough of it!

The villa is fully equipped with all bed linen, towels and kitchen/dining equipment. There is ample room for case storage and it has off-road parking. Within 10 minutes walk there are numerous Spanish and International bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. In the village of Pinar de Campoverde there are supermarkets, a church, a bank and many shops and restaurants.
